Chalky In the lead up to this story, Fox has said on several occasions that collusion is not a crime in the lead up to this story. The Trump administration, of course, knew the story was in the wings waiting to be dropped so they started combating it early.

Bob R/CA You got that right, Chalky. They denied ever meeting with Russians before the election, and one by one these stories break. Now we have them admitting they had them in Trump Towers, for the purpose of receiving dirt on Hillary Clinton, after it was publicly reported that Russia had hacked the DNC server.

Chalky And it's looking like all of this stuff is being exposed as a result of Kushner lying on his SF-86. I believe this is the 4th time he's failed to report contact with foreign agents.

If My research is correct, this falls here: 18 U.S.C. § 1001.
