I've heard PowerPoint can be used to create fantastic state-of-the-art educational games; I'm not talking about the old Jeopardy templates, either. These games have animation, sound, graphics, and lots and lots of options. The questions is, though, how were these games made, and how can I use PowerPoint to create my own educational games and to teach my classroom rules? I already have a few ideas, but I would like more insight.

If you want an example of the kinds of games I've seen made on PowerPoint, check out this website: [link removed]

newteacher Yes, the link does work, at least it did for me. Try pasting in the whole address "[link removed]

My point is these are rather graphically sophisticated games. Does anyone know how they were made? I would like to create graphically advanced educational games for my students.
