You take into account their behavior, intelligence, and the way in which they learn. You are expected to call the parents, go to student meetings, and formulate a plan that will help them succeed in their class. Your focus on them can reveal their reaction to everything but you. That’s the part that sometimes never comes up in the conversation until you can’t find a solution. At this point, you need to ask yourself, “Is it me”? How could it be you? With several degrees, 100 hours of professional development, it becomes difficult to point the finger at you. What makes you different from the students? Of course you are older than the class, but you could have the same baggage as them. Part Two HOW TO IDENTIFY THIS BAGGAGE AND GET RID OF IT

Notification and Preliminary Call for Papers
The Ireland International Conference on Education (IICE) will be held from 3-5 of October, 2011 in Dublin. The IICE is an international refereed conference dedicated to the advancement of the theory and practices in education. The IICE promotes collaborative excellence between academicians and professionals from Education.
The aim of IICE is to provide an opportunity for academicians and professionals from various educational fields with cross-disciplinary interests to bridge the knowledge gap, promote research esteem and the evolution of pedagogy. The IICE-2011 invites research papers that encompass conceptual analysis, design implementation and performance evaluation.
The topics in IICE-2011 include but are not confined to the following areas:
