so i finished university recently and stopped by the uni again to sign some needed documents in the administration....after i was finished, i bumped into my professor and he asked me if i would be going to the graduation party next weekend..(i was in a bad mood and totally didn't expect myself to cry but i broke down in front of him and complained to him about another professor)...i told him i wasn't sure if i would be going and he said, "well, if you change your mind.....i have a special bottle of alchol with your name on it especially for us" and then i said i had to go so he took my hand to shake it and pulled me forward and kissed my cheek...and then as we were leaving our hands detached slowly...umm...he was probably trying to be nice because he felt bad, right? you tell me guys...sometimes i don't understand men :) (he opened all the doors for me too as we were walking)

ProfessorMan This is totally in appropriate behavior for a professor. I'm a professor myself and there is no way I'd do this at work to anyone.

marcia I am the mother of a 23 year old very attractive daughter who is in grad school, and this makes my skin crawl. Sounds like this professor is hitting on you young lady. Beware.

Leah I agree. Be careful around this professor. He is hitting on you. Keep your distance and avoid being alone with him.

First of all, I am not sure this was a real situation. But if it was, the behavior was inappropriate.
