I have a BA in Spanish and can teach in the state of IL. Currently I'm not teaching as I have yet to get certified in TX. Not to mention the job market is awful here. (I know it's bad pretty much everywhere.) Anyway, I figure now is a good time to go back to school since my husband and I don't have children and aren't planning to have any any time soon.

What kinds of jobs can I get with a MA in Linguistics? I'm looking to stay in education.

Sra W Thanks for your comment. I can specialize in either applied linguistics or Hispanic linguistics. I think I might do the latter so I get the grad hours in Spanish. No, I haven't really thought or know about TESOL program.
