The only ones i came up with is Anger poems (Emotion poems), and If You're Not poems.
Does anyone have any other types of poems I can do that will really show off their writing???

Have you tried "Where I'm From" poems? There are lots of examples online--templates and completed versions. I've seen some amazing projects where teachers have had students combine these poems with PowerPoint presentations, original films, and visual art (like collages and paintings). Could be a great collaborative/cross-curricular opportunity.
