Made my first batch of lefse!

3 cups mashed potatoes 1/2 stick butter 1/2 cup cream dash of salt. 1 1/2 cup flour.

Mix well. Heat a griddle. Do not oil. Lefse must be cooked on a dry griddle. Take a small amount and roll out like pie crust thin enough to handle. Pick up carefully and place on hot griddle until brown. Turn until brown. Cool. Serve buttered and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.

Can use jelly, jam, or any other filling you choose.
