Seeing that the chance to expand and succeed the company’s business is obvious, Better English JSC now is looking for one English native speaker to join our a teacher team. We would welcome a person who meets these following requirements: - A person with warm and friendly character, who can work with students at all ages. He/she should be able to help students learn English in an effective but happy style. - A person who is dedicated and willing to find ways to help students benefit most from his/her teaching. - A person who can work with other teachers to fit in the company’s style of teaching and learning. We always want to maintain the strong culture of having close and happy atmosphere among teachers, staffs and students. - Obtaining a Teaching and IELTS certificate will be an advantage.
Working condition: - All teaching materials will be provided. - Teachers in a team will communicate and help each other solve classroom’s issues on a weekly basis via emails or direct discussion. - Teaching hours will be from 15-20 hours, but the teacher will need to spend about the same amount of time on preparing materials and involving in the company’s performance: English club, outdoor activities, etc.. - The teacher who has no experiences will receive training.
Rewards for the successful candidate: - A monthly payment from 800 to 1000 USD after tax based on the teacher’s qualification and experiences. - Working permit and visa support for the teacher who signs the contract for 1 year. - Winning free trips to travel around Vietnam Term of the contract: 3 months (this can be extended due to the excellence of the teacher’s performance
Work base: Hanoi and Thai Binh. Teachers are asked to travel to Thai Binh twice a month and stay in Thai Binh for about 2 nights. Travelling cost, meals and accommodation in Thai Binh will be paid.
