•Assist with other outreach efforts such as The National Wild Turkey Federation’s Women in the Outdoors program, National Archery in the Schools Program, Scholastic Clay Target Program and others. •Serve as a liaison with Youth and Family Field day events throughout the state. •Plan, develop, coordinate, promote and conduct programs and workshops designed to recruit new hunters. •Create and develop plans, manuals, guidelines and documents to further outreach efforts. •Recruit new instructors and volunteers and provide the appropriate training to conduct recruitment programs, trainings and workshops. •Develop and maintain communications with other organizations regarding recruitment and retention programs/workshops, other outdoor recreation programs that lead to increased hunting participation. •Seek and oversee grant monies and donations, including the development and management of a USFWS Federal Assistance Program grant. •Create brochures, fliers, webpages, registration forms and other types of promotional materials. •Make presentations to groups and organizations to promote hunting. •Interact with other state coordinators, conferences and workshops. •Develop a budget appropriate for the implementation of the workshops/programs. •Complete bi-weekly, quarterly, and annual reports. •Organize and maintain all records and materials. •Initiate and respond to all communications from the public, participants, and instructors regarding recruitment, retention and reactivation efforts.

Through our field trips and activities we educate and entertain students about a variety of subjects such as: entrepreneurship, dance, music production, journalism, and radio.
We are seeking retired and currently employed teachers throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic states to work as part-time sales representatives for our company ([link removed].
Specific Duties: • Commitment of 2 hours/week to call 20 schools/week about our field trips • H3 Tours provides field trip information to discuss with each school • Sales reps receive a calling card or Skype account to make all calls • Sales reps can use their own school contacts or contacts provided by H3 Tours • H3 Tours provides a user-friendly spreadsheet to track calls • Sales reps refer interested schools to H3 Tours to handle the booking process
