Innovation Research and Training Inc., a child and adolescent development research company in Durham, NC, is looking for 6th grade teachers in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area who would like to participate in a focus group. Teachers will be introduced to a new mindfulness-based program that is currently being developed and is aimed at improving academic achievement in middle school-aged children. Teachers will get an opportunity to read and discuss their opinions on the curriculum. The discussion group will be held on Thursday, February 4th at 4pm and is expected to last approximately 2 hours. Participants will receive a $50 gift card for their time.
