As my teaching career has developed I have become more aware of what I am looking for in a school. The school I am currently teaching at still has a very closed door philisophy. I am looking to join a school that shares my educational philosophies. I have posted them below. I have experience with English Language Learners, Special Education, and Gifted Instruction. My Educational Beliefs
Instruction needs to be student based not program based.
Teachers need to meet and talk to share ideas, differentiate curriculum, modified pre and post assessments, supplement instruction CONSISTENTLY and FREELY.
Students need to be engaged and responsible for their learning.
Parents and teacher must must must communicate!
Teacher needs to provide students instruction on their instructional level not on the lesson in the book. <...See More
