Ideas for science activity binders

I teach "science lab" at my elementary school as a prep time teacher. The students/classes come to me for an hour a week, K-5. We do hands-on activities most of the time, but I would like to come up with some interesting activities I can print out on paper or cards and stick in page protectors in a bind. If students finish something and they have a little left over time, the idea would be that they could pull the binder out and work either by themselves or with their partner. I could put a binder at each desk. Can also put dividers in for grade levels, but would probably use primarily with 2nd-5th.

Any ideas or sources?
