My favorite is literactive .com. Take out the space; Bob, it's hard to share legitimate favorites when your program does such a fine job of limiting sp*m. This is my 4th attempt.
I started using DIIGO to bookmark my favorite sites as I could install a toolbar that enabled me to not only immediately save a website but tag it as well. But there are MANY other features as well.

I always have a ton of bookmarks, but have a hard time finding what I need. DIIGO was a great start, but what I love about this tool for organizing is that I can set it up for each unit of study, or by topic.
