And enclosed is letter for my teacher Mrs. french saying thank you to her after these many years. Put a letter to Mrs. french with that letter and an unaddressed envelope with a stamp on it. . Your letter to the archivist should certainly be typed and in proper form. This is the Army - don't let it be sloppy if you want a good response.
