"I agree! It is soooo very irritating when you have a 30- day free trial and you wait until the very last second (actually, beyond the very last second) to seek assistance to help you avoid the train that has been steaming down the tracks (VERY SLOWLY!) for the past 30 days. I am soooo glad you refused to own the failure which so clearly belongs to you. It is soooo much better that you try to pin the blame on us for failing to respond in LESS THAN ONE DAY just because YOU failed to plan ahead for THIRTY DAYS! And the icing on the cake (for me) is you didn't need to re-enter all the class grades into MicroGrade on your Windows computer; all you needed to do was copy the MicroGrade class files from your Macintosh to your Windows computer and add a .cls to the end of each class file name ... and the Windows version of MicroGrade would open them up lickety-split! ROTFLMFAO!! Just deserts, indeed!"
Needless to say, I am shopping for new grade programs. Does anyone have a grading program that you really like?
And voila your new PCs Micrograde Software is now activated.

I am trying to create a tool for teachers to aid the process of learning names and faces of students in the beginning of the school year. I am conducting a survey regarding to this and it would really help me out if you can spend 5 minutes on this short survey. I appreciate your input in advance. Have a great evening.
I have seen many different tools for teaching coding to K-8 students used.
Code.org has been a good place to go.
I have also seen this new site work well with my students. Codemoji.com .
I have seen a few other tools that teach coding to young students but I have seen a lot of them dont make it easy for teachers to track students understanding and progress.
Would anyone know of any website that could also be used for teaching coding.
Hey! Codeacademy is a really good start or codeavengers.com - my kids loved that.
If you're looking to get your kids into other game/tech development then buzzytv.com has a great game maker, where kids could make their own trivia games for the classroom.
Edusense note is a school management software useful for schools, colleges and educational institutions. It is India's leading free mobile app for schools and colleges.

1. Add your classes to Jot. Invite students and teachers to collaborate with! 2. Add Notes, Assignments, Tasks and Grades. 3. Add video notes from YouTube or upload your own to Jot. 4. Post in "class boards", chat with other students/teachers one on one or create chat groups for project work. 5. All your assignments, class times, exams etc are added to your Jot calendar that is sync'ed to your device calendars. 6. State of the art mobile apps (phone and tablet) that bring information to you via smart notifications.

If you’re looking to play videos in the classroom, assign online lessons and quizzes as homework, track student progress, and provide on-the-go access on mobile devices, there are software solutions like Study.com. Here’s more information about how this technology can be used in the classroom:
My name is Prachi. I work for RMC Research - we're an education policy research firm. I'm currently writing an article about using Microsoft's OneNote Class Notebook as an effective tool in the classroom.
I was wondering if any of you would be able to provide me with some testimonials/thoughts/opinions regarding the software and how it has been implemented and/or helpful in your classrooms.
I can't wait to hear your stories. Thank you so much!
