My co-ordinates are in and my location is set to ON. However, when I point the tablet at the sky, the screen shows the sky directly behind me. I entered my city's co- ordinates again and the latitudinal one automatically enters as a negative number. Help?
Our Scantron died, and I am looking for low-cost (of course) options. I came across software from an outfit named Akindi (formerly DataPort), which claims to provide grading and all the statistics using a PDF from any scanner with an ADF. Anyone hear of / use this? Or anything like it? All advice greatly appreciated. Eileen

Is using Skype in the classroom beneficial for students? Classrooms from different geographic regions would Skype each other about a lesson they are both working on and share what they have learned.
Is there and educational software that is available for the IPhone that could be used in high school course work? With many students using smartphones everyday, would this be something useful to integrate into a high school level course?
