They like Google Keep and auto draw and using Classroom for projects--e.g. dialogues, slides (PowerPoint), making games similar to Jeopardy, Millionaire, multiple choice, etc.

Does anyone have recommendations for a Spanish 4 textbook/curriculum favorites? Next year will be my first year teaching Spanish 4 and I'm looking for any helpful suggestions as I research books and curriculum pieces. Thanks!
Go to videoele dot com. Then go to curso at the top and pick which level. They include a transcription and activity sheets with many of the videos. The activity sheets are under guia didactica, further down below the video.
Don't forget about Zachary Jones and all the materials he pr produces.

We are adopting new textbooks. I am from a small high school in Texas. We have used Realidades since 2008! Can anyone tell me if they like or dislike either Asi Se Dice, Que Chevere or Avancemos? Please help me out if you have experience with these books!

I teach in Medina, Ohio with 10 Spanish teachers in our district. We have use Exprésate for about 10+ years. Our top three selections were ¡Qué chévere!, Descubre and Así se dice. The first two had good technology vocab and interesting vocab overall, but we thought that we could really only cover 4-5 chapters in Spanish 1 because there was so much packed into each chapter.
We decided on Así se dice to implement in the fall. We liked the online platform, vocabulary and grammar sequence in general. We think that we will be able to complete the preliminary chapter through most of chapter 7 by the end of the year. We felt that we would NOT "have to create the wheel" with Así se dice when we compared it to the other textbooks. An example is that when it teaches present tense - AR conjuguation: in the vocab introduction section --> it had 6 or 7 activities in the textbook using -AR verbs. Then, in the grammar presentation for -AR present tense, it had 9 activities working on the topic. Plus, there are workbook activities and online activities. We are hoping that we have made the right decision. One drawback is that the vocab page at the end of the chapter as well as when new vocab is introduced...the series doesn't have Spanish/English translation, aside from the dictionary at the back of the book. So, we do know that we will create a vocabulary reference sheet with Spanish/English definitions for each chapter to give the students and to post online for them to have easy access. Wish us luck with our decision.
My department will be ordering new textbooks for our two native speaker courses. We have samples of Tu Mundo 21 para hispanos as well as El espanol para nosotros (Level 1-2). Do you have a textbook curriculum you recommend? Does it have online material for students to use?
Has anyone done this before? Can you tell me what you learned, or what you would cook, how did you do it? I'm considering doing Spanish tortillas or horchata.

I buy all the food and charge the kids $3. We make Tortilla espanola, empanadas (from maseca dough and cheese)Alfajores and dulce de leche, and a few other things.

I was recently asked to help a level 3 student with this novel and need resources. Does anyone have a teacher's guide or any other activities/resources for La Hija del Sastre? Muchas gracias!
But the technology piece is awful. There is basically NO video component and the audio component is poor.
