I want to assign a cultural project to go along with Hispanic Heritage month. I want my students to choose their own topic but am having difficulty finding good sites to recommend.

I do not want famous people nor country reports. I would like to see more cultural topics such as Dia de los Muertos, Las Fallas, Semana Santa, etc. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

I would like for them to create posters or something visual for the hallways and display case to recognize Hispanic Heritage.
