Should I have a written up philosophy of TEACHING ready for a teaching interview, or is a philosophy of EDUCATION good enough?

Or would a philosophy of TEACHING be better than a philosophy of EDUCATION to present or discuss at an interview?
Eric I don't think they are exclusive. Basically interviewers will want to know what your beliefs are regarding teaching and how you will ensure ALL students learn.

My website has a page on student teacher topics. One topic discussed is philosophy statements. It may be helpful in preparing the writing and interview part.
