Hello! I am a journalist and am looking into a piece about supply teaching at The Community Hebrew Academy of Toronto (C.H.A.T.), which is advertising for supply teachers that do not necessarily have an Ontario teaching certification.

Pay rate is $15/hr.

I'm wondering if anyone has applied to this, or is considering it, or if anyone has strong feelings about that (in terms of wage being comparatively low, etc.)

Thanks!
Judy I live in Kentucky, so $15 an hour is good pay for this area, but for Toronto, that would probably bee low pay.
