Hello. This will be my first time long term subbing. I accepted the job thinking the teacher was only going to be out a month. I recently found out that the teacher is going to be out 3 months. I have a 30-day subbing permit in California which means that am only supposed to sub in a classroom for 30 days in a year. How does this work? I e-mailed my supervisor and she hasn't responded yet. The teacher has already given me a bunch of material to look over and I really don't want to start going through everything unless I know for sure there is a way for me to teach this class the whole time.

Thank you for your help!
