If you are retired or perhaps a teacher with summers off or self employed/work from home type & that sounds appealing to you, we could most likely work out a win/win situation to get you out of the stifling heat of summer there & vacation here where an A/C is RARELY if ever used. We have been married 40 yrs and are very stable, happy & upbeat. We are educated & we do not partake of any bad habits. My hubby has some health issues (heart & joint) but is completely ambulatory, it's just after all these years the cool damp seasons are getting to our psyche & his physical health. Our home is very clean, very inviting, lots of light, updated & modern. Our yard is full of mature trees & landscaping, the home was built in '73. It's on a quiet short street but close to everything. We have no problems with crime in our neighborhood so no worrying about sleeping with one eye open LOL. We have no problem sharing our space, we have been renting our two spare rooms out off & on for 5 yrs or so. We require only one room in a home & it doesn't have to be fancy, just clean & safe. You can bring your furry kids as our entire yard is fenced & there are tons of walking trails & a dog park close by. As well we would want to bring our small dogs with us to Texas. Ours are extremely socialized & happy campers like us. We lead a very simple easy going lifestyle, AKA quiet & boring :) If you've dreamed of getting away from there when the killer heat comes you wouldn't find a better place to head to & nicer people to accomodate you during your stay here. If you have time to browse, look at a website called 'Portlandbridges.com'. It will give you a glimpse into life here, the Pacific coast is an hour & a half away. If you love waterfalls, forests, mountains, rivers & streams with no mosquitos, ticks, snakes and other creepy crawley things this is the place to be!

I am looking into taking a group of students on a European tour, and I haven't picked a company yet. Would like to offer a trip that isn't too pricey, but safe, well-organized, etc. Does anyone have experience with Passports student travel company or Educational Tours?
JohnCheck out Mariden usa they offer good quality tours for an affordable price
