Africa-top to bottom

Looking to go to Africa...want to have a trip that might include me going to Egypt and a trip up the Nile, then to visit the Kenya area and possibly climb both Mt. kilmanjaro and Mt Kenya, perhaps going to Madagascar, and ending up in South Africa...I see lots of individual place trips but no really top to bottom trips that might last between 4 to 6 weeks...anyone going on a trip like this or know of a site that does this kind of trip, please let me know...thanks, jimmy g in the lbc
