Hi guys and gals,

So what's the best way to get an interview for the late openings that are coming about? I've posted my resume on tieonline.com, sent resumes directly to the schools, and registered for the COIS fair in Fairfax in June. What's the most efficient and polite way to get noticed and get an interview? What's the timeframe for most admins in filling the late openings?

Thanks :-) Hippy Mama

Hippy Mama Thanks Dave! I reached out to Singapore American School and American School Marrakesh earlier this week. How long do admins usually take to review resumes...or is it just as varied as in the states?

Best, Hippy Mama

Dave Depends on the school. Usually though international schools get back to you pretty quickly if they want you or are interested. If you send an email and you don't hear anything back in a week, they either have someone else in mind, or they really aren't interested. Many schools after you send a resume will send you a form email saying its been recei...See More
