Hi All, I know that this is a common question as I have searched many location online and find many people asking the same thing. Does anyone have an idea what the salary structure is with the Saudi Aramco school? I understand that as with any position experience and credits will have an impact but I truly cannot find ANY salary information. I simply want a ballpark figure of a starting salary. It is almost like the organization has teachers sign non disclosure agreements when hired. Thank you for ANY info you can provide.

They expect a minimum of a Masters in either English or education and you MUST be a native speaker born and bred.

AramcoTeacher The info below is somewhat true. You have to hold an American teaching degree. Take a look on the Aramco jobs website. Basic salary starts at $7,000/month then expat premium salary and then oversea premium salary. It's three different salaries and you have your yearly repat pay and yearly bonus. Doubtful Possibly. But I would say it's more like half of that based on the people I have talked to.
