Fun Ways To Learn About States

Hi! We are looking for a new and fun way to learn about the regions and/or states. For a the last several years we've had the children choose an inexpensive stuffed animal to send to family and friends around the country. In turn, the recipients would write a journal entry/take pictures...and send it on to another. They would also send the child a postcard and (if possible) small souveneirs to the child at school. It is a wonderful project, but we are looking to change things up a little. Thanks!!
