I am currently working on my credentials at CBU and after reading this post I was really intriuged at what you said. One of my biggest fears of becoming a teacher is not being able to make it through the first year, feeling not supported or like I can't address any of the teachers. But I have told myself that one of the things I need to keep in mind is that as a teacher it is important to speak up and make yourself a part of the school you are placed in. If i were you I would definitly address this with my collegues and tell them how I feel because by doing so the problem can be discussed and everyone's needs will be met. Communication is in my opinion an important attribute to hold as a teacher because having communication means that you will be able to communicate not just with your collegues but with students and parents as well. I wish you goodluck and hope that you decide to express your communication with your collegues so that the problem can be fixed.
