When you import choose the import as objects option instead of import as image.
Looking to know if experienced people think it is easiest to put a worksheet, book page, etc onto the boards by using a scanner and scanning it into workbook, or through a document camera? Thanks.

Hi, I just got my mimio all installed and hooked up. The problem is the outlet to plug the bar into is on the right of my whiteboard. Is there a way to set it up so it is on the right?? THanks
you should be able to mount it anywhere. On 10/04/10, Froggy wrote: > Hi, I just got my mimio all installed and hooked up. The > problem is the outlet to plug the bar into is on the right > of my whiteboard. Is there a way to set it up so it is on > the right?? THanks
In our kindergarten and first grade we do a poem a week that the kids all learn together and then put in thier poetry book to practice. We have been putting these on the smartboard and adding a picture to the harder words, or the word at the end of the sentence. When you touch the word, the picture will appear. This is helping the all the kids come up to the board and read out loud confidently.
The problem is, it takes a long time to do each poem, although we are getting faster. Has anyone heard of or seen a site that has something like this? I'm guessing copyright issues would limit this, but just asking.
Have you visited Promethean Planet? If you go to the website, you can see the boards in use and look at videos showing tips on how to use them. They also have a lot of lessons that are free to download to your computer.
I'm getting a Smartboard next term. They installed the software in my computer. I will like to start planning lessons or searching for lessons but the instructions said I need to have the board connected to the computer...what can I do?
I'd like to make it an interactive question, where when y...See MoreThis may be a stupid question, but how do you get the Smart Response questions to work?? If you click on the answer, it just shows it as a box. Is there a way (a button or something I need to click) to make it work?? I'm not sure if I'm actually asking this to where it makes sense.
I'd like to make it an interactive question, where when you click on an answer choice it says the answer is correct or incorrect.
