I love my Smartboard!! Everyday we use it for Calendar activities that integrate - Religion, Language Arts, Science, Math, Social and Music. the one comment my grades ones have made is - I hope we have Calendar Time in Grade 2.
Try Deleting All your Cashed / Temporary Files< Then Make sure your Java, Flash And Internet Explorer is updated. What version of internet explorer are you using. I suggest you just download and Use Mozilla Firefox

Not sure how to do this. Also, when they choose snack, how do you get all the students' names who chose that not to be revealed; don't want the other parents to find out before they get to choose.
Has anyone used the Mimio system which is used with a magnetic dry erase board? It's about $900 cheaper the Smartboard. Does anyone have the pros and cons?

As technology becomes more common in the classroom, there are a vast variety of different equipment to use to improve learning. The smartboard is a big item now a days that classrooms have. What are the advantages and disadvantages of having a smartboard in the classroom?
