Oceans have always been a source of nourishment
For the survival of life on Earth-
Since the dawn of recorded history,
And civilization followed by sadness and mirth!
Trade and commerce, adventure and discovery,
Have been served by the oceans too well-
And we are convinced that life arose from the oceans
While our thoughts started to swell!
Climate and weather along with the air we breathe
Depend largely on the oceans’ motion-
And the interplay continues between ocean and
Atmosphere to set weathermen’s notion!
The oceans covering 72% of the Earth’s surface
Are the major sources for global food-
While they keep the people apart, and bring them together,
To set an adventurous mood!
With their enormity and tranquility, the oceans
Have remained as a real mystery to us all-
But helped us to develop the customs, traditions
And kept water-laws at the beck and call!
The rights of the ships and mariners who need to ply
The vast oceans are established now-
And mystery of water-laws gave away to mastery
To mankind with technical know-how!
The resources of the oceans are enormous,
But their exploitation grows day by day-
Via new technologies of the superpowers,
While the weaker nations are kept at bay!
From diamonds to gravel, oil to tin, and metals to fish –
All are tapped from the ocean bed-
While growing tensions between coastal nations arise
And compromise needs to be made!
The oceans provide health benefits via food
And water recreation to the global mankind-
While new cures for human diseases are leading
To ocean beds for the scientists to find!
Evolutionary origins of biodiversity are contained
By the oceans in a deep mystical way-
So they need to be protected for sustainability,
And pollution laws must not relax or sway!
I see threats of ocean pollution from transport ships
And oil tankers seem to loom large-
While pressures of distance navigation and
Deep-water fishing are crowding the barge!
Fortunately, Office of the United Nations
Has been in the vanguard to set up the goal-
And we can feel a global awareness for marine life
In oceans before they face the toll!
Undoubtedly oceans are the lifelines of mankind’s
Very survival and deserve utmost care-
So we need to formulate the “principles” globally
And the responsibilities we must share!
I do not pretend the solution of problem
Can be achieved overnight or even within a year-
Still thoughts need to be nourished to allow
Humanity to enjoy oceans without any fear!
So let us promote better management of ocean resources
For global harmony and peace-
And avoid the escalating tension or rivalry
That can be afforded well by mankind to miss!
Let the “freedom-of-the-oceans” doctrine remain
As the monitoring instrument of the law-
And promote global stability for the present and future
To retain peace without any flaw!!!

Like vines in the minds of men-
And communities suffer from epidemics of diffusion

The “cheery” financiers look down on the races
That hurry through the latest fashion-
And make men suffer via procurer of sin or entertainment,
Drenched in ugly passion!
Communities in general are no longer satisfied
In having the modern flood of goods,
Instead the individual appetite prodded by the skillful few
Provides the mental foods!
In the disguise of globalization, this is being introduced
now,
But is taking the toll-
While the financiers are happier with their investment,
But it’s too sad for the soul!
“Instant philosophies” and ‘light artifices’
Are vitiating the young minds of modern breed-
While accommodating religions pollute landscapes
To leave images of banality and greed!
Communal sense or devotion seems to disappear,
And national spirit is a thing of the past-
But this trend can be reversed through a mind setting
For global men, and will surely last!
Somehow I see that human life now belongs to those
Guarding the “contaminated vision”-
And they are the guardians of credit and trust
To fill in their pockets as their only mission!
To achieve globalization, may I suggest
That neural perfusion of multiple ideas is a must-
Followed by the “carpet bombings” to clear the ‘weeds’
On the pathway buried with lust!
Unfortunately humankind has to surrender
To the new tyranny of global marketplace now-
Where poetry will be obsolete, and compassions
With utopian thoughts will show us how!
Problems affecting humanity will be solved
In upper echelons with money and power-
While global utopia will be delivered
Via Federal Express as a blessing of ivory tower!

While the tribesmen seem to have had inkling
About such connection without any harm!
Amazonian Indians believed, to become human,
A visit to the world of spirits was a must-
’Cause the spirits of “other forms of life”
Populated the world, free from wander and lust!
By taking ayahuasca or yague, one was able
To make the portentous trip to win freedom-
And gather “inside knowledge” while mind became a bird
To mix with animal kingdom!
This knowledge would give young man a new manhood
Like warrior, dreamer or a healer-
And make him wise enough to withstand hardship
Of ordinary life, threatened by a killer!
Thus the systems of life towards ascending path
Of one’s humanness offered success key-
And intrinsic knowledge stayed behind limelights
To foster happiness from heaven to sea!
Australian aborigines did not take any hallucinogen drugs,
And we all know that for sure-
But through dances, they obtained a state of high
conscience
To keep their minds so pure!
They were able to view the insides of life
Without any complication or absence of doubt-
And felt “oneness” with their animal ancestors
To suppress the matching game of shout!
Somehow they knew that they came from animal clan
Such as emus, serpents, and deer-
And this portentous serpent coiled through skies
Like the DNA spiral to remove any fear!
However, this primitive knowledge of truth
Is a modern-day speculation found in the tale-
And we marveled via scientific gadgets
To scope out difference between heaven and hell!
From times immemorial, men have truly struggled
To become human with a superior aim-
For a better understanding of the “systems of living
things”
That simply surrounded them!
During the course of the process, they invented
Magic, gods and religious systems for all-
Followed by feelings of joy to keep richness,
Power and knowledge at the beck and call!
But among those “unaccountable men”
That were submitted to the new systems of man-
They had to struggle to understand the systems of life
And establish their humanness fan!
So artistic expressions were quickly assigned
To their knowledge for notoriety or fame-
And they were labeled as dissidents, artists
And revolutionaries for their survival game!
Most of them have remained anonymous,
Ignored or destroyed by society over the years-
While the neuroscience worked silently to
Establish the truth, and danced in joy of tears!
Amazonian Indians or the Australian aborigines
Believed in their links with animal clan-
And insisted that all young men had the need
To follow the duty of becoming human plan!
They suffered strenuous initiation rites with cynicism
And felt their efforts went in vain-
But never gave up their spirits for a single moment
To prove they were not living in sane!
Through social progress in modern society,
Maintenance of full humanness is not an aim-
Instead, restrictive systems try to limit humanness
And full humans via the political game!
Those who struggle to understand “systems of life”
To become worthy of a superior goal-
Are becoming scarce, and it shows
That the progress is losing directions to create the toll!

Brain has played a significant role-

Born out of the architect’s soul!
Everything rests in our brains in coded structures,
Bound to oscillate like the pendulum-
Triggered by signal from old gods, infant grievances
Or backaches under soothing balm!
Youthful yearning, love or abuse, all are encrypted
Via impulses in synaptic convolution-
And everything we are is just the way our neurons
Are connected to react or find solution!
In stubborn pride, we expect that our brains will match
External world or things around-
And insist with fanaticisms that our ideas are only truth
And nowhere else can be found!
We may even rush to go out and kill our neighbors
Without a rationale or an excuse-
While the signals in our brains continue
To get cross-wired quickly to blow the fuse!
We pretend the picture created in mind is a ‘real thing’
And dwell above compassion-
Followed by the justice and merit, cloaked in our ego
Or bull-hide, used as a fashion!
Too often, we despise people, women, other cultures
Or races in a statistical way-
And make ourselves our own “monstrous creations”
To cause the humanity sway!
Like in all fairy tales, old demons try to impose
Coming from the swamps of ancient time-
And remain hidden for propitious moment,
Waiting for the calligraphy of winds to chime!
These are delusions of monsters from a past genealogy
That neuroscience loves to unveil-
While sands of time keep on blowing to teach us
The difference between heaven and hell!
From ancient dawn, wise men and philosophers warned
Against bigotry, pride and bribe-
But our brain turned deaf ears to overlook
The life’s simplicity enjoyed well by the tribe!
All religions tended to put the warning
Against this sin of believing our own fantasy-
And encouraged to entertain self-motivations,
Followed by lust, power, and ecstasy!
An ample variety of godly figures were created
To accommodate the religion buyers-
But fanaticisms crept into the world with a reason
To hate, loathe, or create the liars!
With the advent of science and reasons,
Wise men thought about turning on the new page-
Of understanding and brotherhood to put behind
Religious war and promote a life of sage!
Witch-hunts and bonfires allowed free spirits
To find last ascensions and protect mankind-
But man thought about their reaching of freedom
From own monstrosities to mastermind!
Alas, man could not free himself of the invincibility
From his own defective brain-
So we managed to carry with us
The old cannibalistic trends in a life’s gravy train!
We are dumb enough to believe in our own
Sick creations and animations as well-
And we love to fall into the tyrannies,
Built by the mighty who forces us to dwell!
Well, as I continue to drift away with solar motions
And uncontrollable ebb tide of time-
May I remind that whole world should pain us
Where human lives are valued as a dime!
When we see distorted views, held like truths
And shoved to us through the media tower-
We must not invoke our beliefs to create Armageddon
For tyrant who controls the power!
So, let us think that our brains and we can only be ‘free’
If and when we fully understand-
How our brain works, truth is born in our neurons
Or when we need to lend helping hand!
Let’s not fall for the expedient fanaticism
Or abhor the most precious thing given by God-
And exercise powers to think freely to benefit mankind,
Blessed through His special nod!
Let’s not be gullible victims of shameless tyrants,
Or scrupulous schemes of worst sin-
In stead, let us be modest and humane to move us
Rapidly via the life’s thick and thin!!

The joy in birth and sadness on death of mankind
Are part of life that we all face-
And nothing can prevent this, for wealthy or poor,
Or even those fortunate less!
As per neuroscience, the idea of death is engraved
In our minds since we are born-
In the form of an intuition, and as an inevitable event
That does really make us torn!
Animals are not conscious of their deaths,
Or concerned about their life’s stress seeds-
Likewise, the foolish individuals who think
They can getaway with crimes or evil deeds!
Crime brings back severe punishment in the way
Of a guilty conscience without a doubt-
While sudden death of others reminds us
Of our own mortality followed by cry or shout!
Terrorism should make us think of wrong doings
That brings down tragic responses on us-
And allow us to re-examine the vital issues,
Deprived of the others, drenched with a fuss!
Only true love can detain terror, and injustice
Is the silent breeder of terrorism or turmoil-
While understanding of grievances we put on others
Can placate violence on foreign soil!
No one is capable of disordering his “own codes”
Without feeling uneasy or depressed-
And this has been proved in our daily life,
Beginning at early dawn until we go to bed!
A crop of criminals may come out from abused children,
Raised on drugs or neglect-
Followed by the crop of terrorists
From the loveless societies that may go un-detect!
The Tribal codes and modes are engraved in our minds,
As per neuroscience tale-
And require emotional love from families,
While cooperation has to ring the bell!
Fanaticism, on other hand, proclaims proudly
The survival of Armageddon, by only few-
Supported by hegemonic country in an accelerated fashion,
Mystified with morning dew!
No voice is being raised now to repudiate this evil,
Causing “big bang for a buck” toll-
And the mesmerized peoples are condescending
As if this is not true to affect the soul!
With the advent of 911, terrorism has made us aware
Of the sudden death with pain-
And people have rushed to wield weapons,
Build fences, and spread menace in vain!
By forcing others to cruel aggressions and
Bow against humiliations is definitely wrong-
’Cause we nurture the snipers this way,
While the suicidal bombers play martyrdom song!
Our human brain brings in itself the intuition
Of our own mortality in a rapid manner-
But to get certainty of it converts us into adults,
And displays under a different banner!
Modern civilization has taught people to abuse themselves
On its own and others as well-
While the fanatics exclude everybody else,
And evil thoughts in their brains love to swell!
Now nations have become prepotent, full of rage
And think they can subdue or kill others-
But are unaware of own mortality, or sanctity
Of all living things, including own mothers!
Well, in my “H-Ray Vision”, I can see
That fanaticism has seeded evils over planet Earth-
And the delusions of false religious leaders
Is preaching Armageddon since our birth!
So, to avoid increasing our mortality, may be
We should grab ancestors’ simple thought-
And respect one another to live in peace, and eliminate
Causes for battles we have fought!

Neuroscience believes that impressions in brain
Come through a genetic level for sure-
Although we do not know how this works yet,
Still the researchers are ready to endure!
Human brains have natural instincts, and sometimes
Even phobias to guide the thought-
While the other possibilities are all sorts of
“Fantastic” ideas which are globally sought!
Art has profited from this source, and good art
Is sometimes fantastic in ordinary vision-
But this is always reminiscent of past impressions
In the minds with a ‘focused’ mission!
The source of the fantastic is the awe
That our ancestors felt when confronting the nature-
And the vision that tries to present nature as acceptable
Is the vision of art and caricature!
Mythology and religion have remained
As the enthusiastic triggers of the fantastic source-
And provoke us to ask: how the horrendous vision
Of destruction protrudes its ugly force?
How the apocalyptic visions and heinous crimes
Still live with us or roam around?
Such are the questions that boggle my mind
And these answers are yet to be found!
Human monstrosities are always with us
And their existence will remain as a possibility-
While brain- signals of serial killers will continue
To remind us of our own vulnerability!
Early man was highly impressed
By the “fury of elements” developed in his tiny brain-
While the flow of mythology still accompanies us
To ride our thought processing train!
Such mythology was intended to explain about
Nature’s functions and assuage his fears-
But suddenly demons and God entered the scene
To populate the universe over the years!
A few centuries later, science unveiled the nature
To offer realities with the rational view-
And the so-called myths were no longer valid
With men with the exception of only a few!
This vision did not make us better and man has been
So possessed by his ego with power-
Followed by frenzies and monstrosities,
Drenched with addiction, lust and crime shower!
Science may have opened the door of external reality
To take civilization to a new height-
But it has failed to cope with the demons within us
And show them the path finding light!
The fantastic eruptions have become the common places
Of our lives without a recourse-
And we see peoples being murdered
In the name of God or holy drugs with sniper force!
Uttermost poverty is decimating populaces
In the poorest third of our hapless humankind-
While the quest for richness and power,
By hook or by crook flows in the corporate mind!
Man himself has been a collection of monsters
Even though the technology has moved us-
Still science has not enabled humanity
To get rid of its inner demons to eliminate the fuss!
His mind may be open to the present with
“Bells and whistles” of modern scientific tools-
But inside his brain lurk the lives and urges
Of old animal ancestors regarded as the fools!
We, the human being are succession of genetic forms
That has lived for billions of years-
And it’s from this very basic past that fantastic arises
To immerse us in joy, fear and tears!
The demons’ menace may take over us
As soon as the weak systems of reason will decay-
And H-Ray Vision warns that we may see the worst horrors
Of fantastic to keep us at bay!

To inherit the Earth and write his own fable!
May I ask questions that flock my mind today
To keep me awake with despair and hope?
Is man only the most advanced animal on Earth
To domain on other creatures and cope?
Is man the remaining species of humanoids
And via cannibalistic strife, the only survivor?
Is it correct to go on in causing the disappearance
Of races that may belong to “either-or”?
Man as an absolute has caused an incessant series
Of turmoil, massacres or destructions-
And created the empires of slavery and exploitations,
Scribbled with hidden instructions!
So in “H-Ray Vision”, today’s absolute
Is the globalization of financial power of the few-
Buried in the modern systems of commerce
Dominated by arm power where credit is due!
Primitive communal lives and religions
Have to disappear in a hurry to create the room-
For modern industrial giants requiring limited resources
Of labor and causing the doom!
Only rich countries possess a key to engender
Development and provoke money to invest-
While those opposing the modern globalization
Are branded as the terrorist in their chest!
They may be discarded or obliterated to bring
The grim picture of mankind at a fast speed-
And harbor the forms of injustice or inequity
Around the world to sow the terrorism seed!
‘Hillolscope’ shows humanism is the power
Of marketplace, science and technology now-
Followed by the power of financial workhorses
To hog global market gradually somehow!
Humanism is labeling primitive religions as “inhuman”,
And it appears to be true indeed-
While delusions of leaders make us feel
Unworthy of living in the modern world to heed!
Underdeveloped peoples scramble the lands
To produce drugs and make both ends meet-
While primitive peoples still ravage the lands,
And tropical forests become the hardest hit!
Such ecological crime must be branded as terrorism
And heinous crime against the Earth-
And must be stopped to avoid increasing our own
Silent mortality to bring back the mirth!
Humanism is the absolute of evolution,
Coated in industrialization and progressive power-
So we can’t rely on slow motions of genetic mutations
To guide us from the money tower!
Man has taken control of genetic processes
To establish the power of the enlightened few-
And these are the ones to control science and richness
By staying away from public view!
But there seems to be only one flaw
In this scheme of power that you may like to note-
’Cause if globalization is successful,
Malignancy will creep on and will decide to vote!
It will produce absurdity and self-destruction
In the domain of humanism as we now see-
And will spin the wheels of progress backwards
Where we may not like belonging to be!
So absolute of “Change” should consider
Saint-Hilaire’s dictum to resolve in humanity-
And grab our ancestors stress free thoughts
To lead a “healthy life” devoid of true vanity!!

News of atrocities against these peoples
Are heart-wrenching and vitiating the global air-
And they are in dire need of genuine actions
To preserve their dignity and peace to share!
Throughout history, we see that Chechens
Have never yielded to oppression of any kind-
And face constant war to guard customs
With independence by any means they can find!
Kids are taught well to bow to no one, not even to gain
Favors by pleasing any authority-
While the man must fight to the end to preserve
The freedom with his might and dignity!
They remained independent for about four thousand years
Against all the enemies’ fight-
To protect their small pieces of mountainous paradise
In the Caucasus, a beautiful sight!
In the name of “new” God – the oil revenue,
Ethnic cleansings are carried on at all times-
While defenders are branded as terrorists
And their lives are valued as nickels and dimes!
After132 years of torment, the Chechen Republic
Of Ichkeria was formed with new hope-
But no peace came to the Caucasus,
And hostilities continued that Chechens had to cope!
New attacks were launched against them
To secure oil production and transport to the sea-
Still the divine spark in the hearts of Chechens
Energized to hold on to their freedom key!
The Chechens’ character of own independence
Is a peril for the oil ducts over the years-
And they are facing extermination followed by a destiny
They have tasted without fears!
We recall their fights against Soviets in the cold winter
Of February, nineteen ninety four-
When Chechens were moved to freezing freight car
To speed up or push the heaven door!
The destination was cold fields of Kazakhstan
To expose the Chechens to the freeze kill-
And those who remained alive were shot dead,
Or burned alive to create the quick chill!
The Chechens endured these horrible plights
But are still alive to share their horrific tale-
While the battle continues to preserve dignity
Followed by freedom to ring the peace bell!
The democratic Russia wants to get rid of them fast
To gain control of oil ducts as a gain-
And the world stands by in awe, how those who resist
Are facing such ‘unmerciful’ pain?
The history of Chechens is amazing,
Like their unmitigated taste for freedom with peace-
Deprivation, hunger, poison, and induced diseases
Couldn’t deter them anything to miss!
They stick together so well, honor their families,
And treasure their freedom as a resource-
And stay ready to sing the national anthem,
“Death or Freedom” against any brutal force!
As per recent history, sixty percent of the Chechens
Have died at their oppressors’ hands-
And presently the country is only a collection
Of rubble lying scattered all over the lands!
The Chechens have truly proved their endurances
And loyalty to their country with sanity-
And now I appeal to the world to stop atrocities
And acknowledge our common humanity!

Since time immemorial, old men/women
Are going to graves with torments of getting old-
But never complain of how painful it is to wake up
And take morning route in hot or cold!
The cozy night refuge of dream that covered them
Through the night suddenly disappears-
And the morning sun intrudes to make all things
Look silly, miserable, or soaked in fears!
They never tell us how the loneliness tastes,
How the heart beats, or how the bones ache-
Or even how they can get along to carry on
The next repetitious day for the heaven’s sake!
They don’t talk about their fading memories,
Hearing loss, or the hairs turning gray-
And keep on losing their cherished figures,
While their lives confine on a table tray!
Ancestors, friends, and relatives – all drop
Into the generic purgatory of oblivion for sure-
And things that did matter most to fill young life
Become irrelevant with pains to endure!
Old men and women never complain
’Cause it will make them appear too feeble or weak-
And would set the bad examples to the young folks
Who keep rushing to get things quick!
Piles of material things, money, and power ball
Will not guard us against ageing or decay-
Rather, we will stand without the remora
Of accumulated debris to keep ourselves at bay!
The only possession to carry us through
Will be an aching brain and our sublime thought-
Followed by yearning for feelings of love or care
And memories of battle we have fought!
Last chapter of our life’s book is crucial
And there are no training manuals on getting old-
If any, they are fictitious or deceiving
By the twist of our brains for magazines to be sold!
For marketing ploy, old age is portrayed
As a new beginning as the best part of our lives-
And on TV, old men are depicted as able to
‘Strenuous exercises’ before their nosedives!
Of course, there may be exceptional cases
That we don’t know or may need to learn more-
And explore the sweetness or flexibility of old age,
While we leave open our mental door!
Genetically humans are not “programmed”
To live long but for three decades at the most-
Afterwards the whole connective tissue starts to decay
And facial wrinkles make the toast!
The metabolism of collagen slows down
And loss of elasticity starts in membrane or skin-
And the brain is also affected for the lack
Of connective tissues while the face looks thin!
According to neuroscience, 20% of the weight of brain
Is lost after we reach the old age-
And this loss continues quietly with each added decade
To turn on our life’s history page!
Bone tissue is also affected and loss occurs
At a rate of ten percent (10%)for each decade-
But this trend is being controlled via herbal research now,
And a progress has been made!
‘Hillolscope’ found that there are countries
Where people are reaching over normal years-
But in many developed nations, obesity and arthritis
In old age are causing pain and tears!
With the higher survival rate of older folks,
The economic problems seem to surface now-
Especially for younger generation who need
To become busy to spin technical know-how!
The science of ageing is a new one and
We must invest time and money as future thought-
And we can avoid being overweight by dieting and
Nutrients before our bones start to rot!
Mind stimulations since early life can help us
To reach old age without the aches or pain-
But it requires a “lifelong dedication” to prepare
Our minds and to let it not to go in vain!
In our web bound world today, people are being deceived
By the consumerism at its best-
And wasting their latent energies with money
To keep up with “Joneses” for survival test!
Science of ageing does not exist in an organized way
And old men are not discussing this-
Also they never tell the truth about their feelings
Or pain and what they don’t like to miss!
So it sends a wrong signal to young folks
Who think old age would be very cozy and nice-
And they will walk hand in hand daily,
Like the old people in the park, with virtue or vice!
The painful aspects of getting old are not
Thoroughly discussed in magazines or TV news-
To teach younger generations on how to
Spend youthful years and listen to age-old views!
Awareness must be made about how they squander
Their money and own health for sure-
Followed by the possibilities of wasting their minds
With too many sufferings to endure!
In H-Ray Vision, a good life is possible in old age
If we prepare ourselves as athletes do-
With a good training plan, discipline, and goals
Of drug free life to avoid the future woo!!
