Has anyone had trouble selling the overpriced items given to our kids to try and sell? Me and my son have. Every year between me and him we would sell about 5 to 6 boxes of candy and up to 10 cookie dough boxes, but this year no luck! That's why I decided not send my boy out into the street to peddle these items. The schools are turning our kids into young used car salespeople. Not exaggerating at all either, because if they can't come up with good a sales pitch they are not going to sell. Not to mention that the economy is horrible so no one is in the market to help out by buying overpriced items. So in my opinion it's time to raise funds using different tactics.
