Candle Fundraiser was a HuGe Success!

I was recently put in charge of planning a fundraising event for the annual school jazz band trip. Without much knowledge of how to do this, I was left on trusty 'ol Google to help lead the way. Wow! There were a ton of fundraising ideas and companies out there.

The one thing I ran across that I hadn't seen offered in our area before was candles. I thought that with so many people using candles in their homes this would be a great option to explore.

We only had about 35 kids in our group and didn't have really any money to 'invest' in a fundraiser. Wait? I was thinking if I was going to help you out by selling your products - I shouldn't have to spend money to do that, right? Anyhow.

I ran across a smaller company that had just started doing fundraising as a part of their business and after talking with the owners, decided it would be a good fit for our group. Our candle fundraiser was a HUGE success!
