You may be required to give your life in the line of duty, in order to protect the lives of many other facility occupants. I say this as an honest statement and, with life altering definition. The final conclusions of the Virginia Tech facility occupant fatalities were, “Staff Warned Their Families First”. This information came from the publication by the Associated Press.
There are other incidents of incidental abuse, one of which is, Denton Texas. A student was suspected of building a bomb. While law enforcement was preparing to defuse the situation, 28 minutes went by where staff did nothing to protect the innocent students in the area, within the facility. When law enforcement finally made a move, the bells rang for class change. The young children exiting class rooms were confronted by men in black suits and armor, with automatic assault weapons pointed at them. Staff knew who the child was, law enforcement did not.
In good conscience, I can not let this or other tragedies continue to occur. If you are serious about this job, you will not either. With our specialized training program, you could have prevented this situation from happening to many of the innocent children inside the facility. Although the duties of an E.O.T.F.D “Facility Communications Specialist” may seem boring more than 97% of the time. Inspectors are to be on scene as soon as possible, if not already, to operate the facilities communications system during many types of emergency conditions. These conditions include:
A: Student, Occupant or Stranger with a gun, a bomb, a knife. B: A Chemical threat inside, outside or approaching the facility. C: Keeping occupants updated with severe weather updates and preparation conditions. D: A fight between students, students and educators, gangs fights and other disputes as well. E: A stray dog, horse, cow, wolf, bear, hawk, etc.
Before you think Part E is a joke. What is lock down? “Lock Down” is where teachers lock the doors and children hide under their desk. In a local Oklahoma school “Lock Down” was communicated with the bells because a stray dog was seen around the property. Do you believe this was the right thing to do? As specialist we don’t and, we intend to do something positive about it.
You, and you alone will be the only one who possess the right training to protect those occupants from, during and even exposure to, aftermaths of “Unexpected Facility and, Non Facility Events and Emergencies”. These conditions are emergencies which will include working with and, communicating with, law enforcement and the fire department officials in the event of.

I am looking for grant opportunities in the area of children's literature. I have many great ideas, but do not have the fnancial backup to create and promte these books. Does anyone have suggestions for avaliable grants to help me create and promote my children's books?
