Paris-Ireland Penpal search

Hello, We are a town located west of Paris. I work at the Town Hall and am a teacher as well. Our goal is to find a town eventually to twin with but first we would like to start with a Penpal project. The class chosen would be 9-10 year olds or a 5th grade class (CM2 in France).

We are a group of 4 female students aged 11 and we live in Athens, Greece. We study English as a foreign language i.e. grammar, vocabulary in a communicative methodology and thus developing all 4 language skills. We would like English speaking penpals to improve the language and to know more about another culture.

I teach a class of 5 students who are self-contained. I am looking for an opportunity to improve their writing skills in a meaningful way and expose them to other cultures at the same time.
