Sounds like he's constipated. It's very common; #1 feed him less overall. But
for now, get some baby food peas and feed from a toothpick. If that doesn't
work, you may try using epsom salt 1/8 teaspoon per gallon (or less); no more.
No aquarium salt while bloated.
