How do you teach consonant clusters in a way that is
really meaningful to second graders? We use HM, and
their "script" is completely horrible! This is my first
year at 2nd grade, and I don't know how to make consonant
clusters more kid-friendly.
Also, are there any "rules" to go with consonant clusters,
like bossy r for 'ar' or when two vowels go walking, the
first one does the talking? Those always seem to help
things "stick" in the kids' brains.
Thanks for your help!

P. S. Yes, I'm x-posting this. : )
