It was my good fortune to come across this unique
publication by the Tousissant Pictoria Co., Inc. The
publication was printed in 1919 to record the bravery and
heroism of the African Americans in war and further inspire
and guide the race for the future. It was the intent of the
publisher to "win and keep for it the high meed of esteem
from the world which it so richly deserves."
