This is an awesome book for Kansas readers! It's my son's
favorite book. It's about a boy who dreams of building a
snow-capped mountain next to his Kansas farm. Not only does
he dream it but he accomplishes his dream. It's a very
powerful book about reaching for the impossible! It also has
some nice discussion about our Founding Fathers vision for
America in the back of the book.
The book contains a lesson plan for teachers in the back.
