I have all the 3rd and 4th graders in Easton School
District in my classroom- all 12 of them! 7 fourth graders
and 5 third graders. Easton is a "town" on Snoqualmie Pass
in Washington State. Our family-like school has about 100
students K-12. Small schools have many benefits, but at

the opportunity to make new friends, and are especially
grateful for exposure to cultural or ethnic diversity.
Last year, my class corresponded with a class on the

all the environmental education we're doing with the
salmon that are getting ready to run in the river near our
schoo...See More

Hi Kaya!
I teach 18 3rd graders in Orlando,FL. We are an innercity
school. I think my kids would love to have pen pals. Many of
my students have never been out of FL nor have they seen snow.
Tomorrow I will ask them what they think. I am sure we will
have a letter out by Friday.
Have a wonderful week....See More
