Greetings from Kansas!
I know many teachers within teachers.net have already
joined in our No Place Like Home Travel Buddy Project, but
we still need just two more classrooms to host buddies
March 12-April 13 (we prefer 4th-6th grade classes who
study the American Regions). The classes need to be from
MT, CO, UT, ID, or WY as the project's focus is on the
Mountain States during that period of time.
You have your buddy choice of Cowardly Lion or Tin Man.
Both of these critters have already visited many
classrooms and are ready to pack up and head west to your
classroom with Kansas gifts for you and your students in a
couple of weeks.
