I just attended a Teacher's Job Fair in Colorado and
approached the AK booth for the Lower Yukon District out of
curiosity. My husband and I have talked about moving to
Alaska but never seriously considered it until I looked
into this opportunity. They are interviewing us BOTH for
positions (his is in an unrelated field) and we're
cautiously excited about the opportunity. It seems like a
great package deal and a fantastic experience but I have
read some negative things. Can someone with experience pass
on any information? We would both GREATLY appreciate it!
