When do they start posting the jobs?

Well Joe, I don't know. A guess would be a shortage of SPE teachers
on all levels due to NCLB changes, displeasure with the "job
description" of reading coach state wide, and shortage of secondary
teachers particularly in math and science state wide. Also we are a
