Hey Teachers!
I am currently teaching in Michigan...but we are moving
back to BAMA this summer. Even though I am highly
qualified here-- they will not accept my testing scores
from Michigan...and are requiring me to take the Praxis II.
I am special ed certified and Graduated from Athens State
in 2001...I have been teaching here ever since. ( They
will not count that experience either!)
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I tell ya...I am just about at my limit with the people at
the board of ed...they are always so rude and short with
me.

Why are they not accepting your teaching experience? Did you
fill out the EXP form? So far, I have not heard a word from
the State....to even allow me to go take the test. I have
been teaching since 1999 in MI and then FL. I hope they
accept my experience. I am afraid now.
