I am making a career change to teaching. I want to teach in NW Arkansas, however, I feel as though I am being discriminated against because of my age and lack of teaching experience. However, I have a lifetime of world experience. What is the key to employment in NW Arkansas? I hear a lot about teacher shortages, but apparently there are none there.
As part of a graduate research project, I need to gather data from current teachers. I’m researching the use of technology in the classroom and what factors affect it. If you could just take a few minutes to complete my survey, I’d appreciate it. The survey is online and has 15 questions.
J.CrismanI means 1 teacher per 15 students. It will probably be a self-contained classroom working with significantly disabled students. That's what I do!

You will never have more than 8 in the room at one time without an aide and even that depends on how severe the students are. Last year, the 1:15 class had 5 aults in the room at all times.

Once I add you to my state list and close that state, I will send you a confirmation email (Yippee) that you've made it in!
When all 50 states are represented I will compose a mailing list and email it to you. I will create the state list in a label ready format for you to just print out!
You will be mailing 49 postcards(ask for postcard & postage donations from PTA/PTO, parents, grants, etc.)
Postcards should start to be be mailed out in September. All postcards should be postmarked by Friday, December 19, 2008. This works out to be about 3-4 postcards per week which is definatly managable.
