Can anyone tell me about getting a job through NTPL. I have
just finished my second praxis (hope I passed) and I am in
my last semester of college. I was wondering if I could or
should start looking for a job now. I live in NW ark and I
know of a few openings here for my subject (secondary math).
Any advice would be helpful.

If you want a job in NWA I would suggest going through the MAT
at Fayetteville. NTLPs are usually last choice for a job, and
the districts in NWA get hundreds of applications from
teachers all over Arkansas, plus the MAT interns which work in
the districts each year.
