I'd like to find a school that teaches Math visualization

I tried teaching math in California, but didn't like the environment and the school I taught at didn't like me much. I may try teaching again and thought I'd be better off in a more typical state like Arkanasas.

Is there a shortage of math teachers in Arkansas? Do the schools encourage creativity in the teachers or is it very regimented?

My problem is that I really like math but have my own way of learning and would want to share my method with the kids. I basically want students to see math in their head rather than just do the mechanical methods of solving equations. Is this non-standard technique allowed

What are the principals like in Arkansas? I'd like to find one that is easy going and interested in the students and the teachers succeeding together, respecting our individuality.
