Beginning Tuesday, June 4, the Space Foundation Discovery Center will be open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is the region's first and only space, science and technology attraction. We are excited to announce our new ten-week, summer-long "Summer of Discovery" program, which reflects the Space Foundation's commitment to formal and informal space-related education and will feature new exhibits, interactive activities, surprise guests and more! Each week will focus on a specific theme, culminating with a full day of special activities and events planned for each Saturday.
Bring your family and friends and join in the fun - be sure to come to several or all of our weekly themed programs and stay for a few hours or all day long.

We would love to have a teacher from your wonderful state join us for our 2013-14 postcard exchange! It is a fun, educational activity for all ages! My kindergarten class has loved getting mail and listening to the fun facts about the states! We have classes from K-6 participating. Please email me for more information!
Do you want an opportunity to take part in research that could positively impact your students and your classroom? By participating in our short survey, you will be helping us collect data for a study investigating obstacles and feasibility of psychological recommendations. Because these scenarios may be similar to what you have seen in your classroom, your input is very valuable! Once you complete the survey, you will be eligible for a $25 gift certificate to reallygoodstuff.com. Please feel free to pass this along to your teacher friends and co-workers as we need as many responses as we can get! All responses are completely confidential and participation is optional. Thank you!
