Last month I signed a "letter of intent" with a charter school. But, after meeting with the administration and finding out in detail what the job entails, I don't want this job...This is really a job for 2 teachers! :-0

Is a letter of intent legally binding? I did fill in some paperwork for the district office(health insurance info, tax stuff, etc.), but it was not a teaching contract.

  • Thanks for the advice... I just got the contract (employee agreement) in the mail. I have a little time before it needs to be turned in. A job opened up in another district, and I immediately went to the district office to find out about it. The secretary said that they a...See More
