New and Controversial Update on the Teacher Retention Resear

    Due to recent developments, the Baldwin Wallace College
    Research Team has decided to expand our research study.
    The original concept of the study was to find answers as
    to why secondary educators stay in the teaching field for
    more than 20 years. However, due to the overwhelming
    response from participants and observers of the study, a
    new more significant development has revealed itself. Our
    research team is now progressively moving towards the
    development of a significant grounded theory for a
    qualitative-quantitative study. More details on this new
    development will be shared in the upcoming weeks on our
    website. Our research team is still accepting surveys from
    Secondary Teachers with more than 20 + years of
    experience. The data collected thus far, and in the future
    will be a factor in the overall study. The deadline for
    the completion of our online survey is November 4, 2004. I
    urge any secondary teacher with 20 + yrs of experience to
    take the survey. The survey consists of ten questions and
    no personal data has to be given. The data from the survey
    is directly sent to the researchers. The survey can be
    taken in eight different languages included English,
    French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, Japanese,
    and Chinese.
