Hello, I hope to move to the Wilmington area to attend U of Del for my masters, but I'm wondering what the market there is like for a first year teacher with a B.S in elementary ed with an ESOL endorsement. I've heard horror stories about there being no jobs in neighboring New Jersey and Penn.

Any suggestions or advise? Thank you.
